Italian Sausage (Jodi's Mother Recipe)

• 1 package hot Italian sausage
• 2 red peppers
• 2 green peppers
• 3 -4 potatoes
• 1 -2 onion
• 4 -6 garlic cloves
• 1 cookie, sheet the real one

1. get a throw away aluminum roasting pan-big one.
2. preheat oven to 350.
3. place roasting pan on the cookie sheet.
4. slice sausage in 2 inch pieces.
5. cut potatoes in 2 inch pieces-do not peal.
6. peel garlic cloves.
7. add all ingredients in roasting pan and toss.
8. Cover with aluminum foil and put in preheated oven for about an hour and a half-check potatoes for doneness-should be soft.
9. remove cover and put back in oven for about 20 minutes.
