Roasted Potatoes With Bacon & Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Place potatoes in baking dish.
  3. Mix dressing, vinegar and thyme in small bowl.
  4. Pour half of the dressing mixture over potatoes; mix lightly.
  5. Refrigerate remaining dressing mixture.
  6. Bake 40 to 50 min.
  7. or until fork tender.
  8. Remove from oven; cool completely.
  9. Combine potatoes, bacon, cheeses and remaining dressing mixture in medium bowl.
  10. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  11. Garnish with additional fresh thyme before serving, if desired.
