Strawberry Jam
- 6 cups frozen strawberries, crushed
- 6 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- Pour strawberries and sugar into a large pot.
- Stir and let sit for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Bring to a boil for 3 minutes.
- Add vinegar and cook for 6 more minutes.
- Skim off foam.
- Let sit for up to 48 hours before putting into jars, stirring occasionally.
