Take Your Pick Muffins Recipe
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 - 1/2 c. honey or possibly molasses
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Combine wet ingredients.
- Fold quickly wet and dry together, just till flour is moistened.
- Spoon into greased muffin tin.
- Bake at 400 for about 20 min.
- This recipe is suitable for a number of variations, depending on taste.
