The Works
- 1 pound Ground Chuck
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Catsup
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Mustard
- 1/4 cups Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- Mix all ingredients together with a fork and place meat mixture on the bun halves.
- Put buns on a cookie sheet and place under the broiler for 10 to 15 minutes.
- The tricky part is broiling them so the inside of the meat mixture gets done, but not too burnt on top.
- I usually move the rack further from the broiler element so the buns dont burn before theyre done.
- Keep an eye on them, and adjust racks and broiler temp accordingly.
