The Works

  1. Mix all ingredients together with a fork and place meat mixture on the bun halves.
  2. Put buns on a cookie sheet and place under the broiler for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. The tricky part is broiling them so the inside of the meat mixture gets done, but not too burnt on top.
  4. I usually move the rack further from the broiler element so the buns dont burn before theyre done.
  5. Keep an eye on them, and adjust racks and broiler temp accordingly.
