Blue Cheese Deviled Eggs Recipe
- 12 x Hard-Boiled Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- Halve Large eggs lengthwise, remove yolks.
- Mash yolks with cheese, add in lowfat sour cream and vinegar.
- Refill egg whites.
- Put two filled halves together, cover with saran wrap till ready to serve.
