Sesame Broccoli

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Saute broccoli and sesame seeds for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in bell pepper and soy sauce and cook 2 to 3 minutes, until pepper is tender crisp.
