White Hot Chocolate

  1. In a small sauce pan combine 1/4 cup milk and chips.
  2. Heat over medium heat, whisking until chocolate melts.
  3. Stir in remaining milk and heat to warm.
  4. Pour into 2 or 3 glasses.
  5. Garnish with whipped topping and blue sugar crystals and sprinkles.
