Lunch Pizza - Tortilla 6 Pts, Pita 7 Pts

  1. Brush tortilla or pita with sauce.
  2. Saute mushrooms, onions, peppers in olive oil until softened.
  3. Add the Roasted pepper and parmesean vinegrette and turn off heat.
  4. Load up tortilla or pita and add low-fat cheese.
  5. Bake in 400 F oven until cheese melts or to your crispiness.
