Butter Nut Crunch

  1. Line a 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Melt butter in 10 inch skillet until sizzling; add brown sugar.
  4. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium high heat until bubbling (1 minute).
  5. Add almonds and oats; stir.
  6. Pour onto prepared pan; cool completely.
  7. Break into chunks; store in container with tight fitting lid until ready to use.
