Abe'S Dish
- 2 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 4 Tbsp. duck sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Szechwan sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 large sliced onion
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 2 or 3 carrots, sliced into 2-inch thin strips
- 1 large zucchini, sliced
- 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a work or large skillet, put 2 to 3 tablespoons vegetable oil and add onions and brown slightly.
- Then add chicken and stir around 4 or 5 minutes.
- Then add all liquids and stir, then add in vegetables and continue to stir.
- When vegetables get tender, dish is ready.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
