JELL-O Blueberry Creamy Orange Pie

  1. WHISK together instant pudding and milk.
  2. NOTE: mixture will be thick.
  3. FOLD in whipped topping and orange rind.
  4. POUR filling into pie crust or flan.
  5. Spoon blueberries over filling.
  6. MELT jam over low heat.
  7. Strain, discarding seeds.
  8. Spoon remaining jam over blueberries.
  9. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
