Papa John's Pizza Cheese Dipping Sauce by Todd Wilbur

• 12 cup milk
• 2 teaspoons cornstarch
• 14 cup Cheese Whiz
• 2 teaspoons jalapeno juice (rom canned or jarred jalapeno slices)

1. combine cornstarch with milk in a small bowl and stir until cornstarch has dissolved.
2. add cheese whiz and stir to combine.
3. microwave on high for 1 minute then stir until smooth.
4. add juice from jalapeno slices, and stir.
