Party Citrus Fish- Crockpot
- 1 1/2 pound fish fillets
- 1 x salt to taste
- 1 x black pepper to taste
- 1 each onions chopped
- 5 tablespoons parsley leaves chopped
- 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest grated
- 2 teaspoons orange zest grated
- 1 x oranges and lemon slices
- Butter crockpot and put salt and pepper on fish to taste.
- Then place fish in pot.
- Put onion, parsley and grated rinds and oil over fish.
- Cover and cook on low for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve garnished with orange and lemon slices.
