Handmade chicken balls
- 2 piece boneless chicken thigh
- 1 piece boneless chicken breast
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp light soya sauce
- 2 tsp dark soya sauce
- 2 dash pepper
- 3 pinch corn flour
- Mince the thighs and breast with a blender
- Marinate the minced meat with the condiments mentioned
- Using a teaspoon or freehand, shape the meat into a small ball.
- Approximately 3cm wide
- Pour olive oil into a non stick pan to fry the meatballs.
- No deep fry is required hence oil only needs to be adequately sufficient to half covered the balls
- When balls turn golden brown above medium fire, insert a toothpick into each ball and ensure it can be extracted easily without any residue before serving.
