Chocolate Potato Chip Pudding Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix flour, dry pudding mix and baking soda until blended.
  3. Beat butter, sugars and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Blend in eggs.
  5. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  7. Drop tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
  8. Bake 8 to 10 min.
  9. or until edges are golden brown.
  10. Cool on baking sheet 3 min.
  11. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
