Tomato Grilled Cheese
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing, divided
- 4 slices multi-grain bread (3/4 inch thick)
- 4 Cracker Barrel Monterey Jack with Jalapeno Natural Cheese Slices
- 1 large tomato, cut into 8 slices
- Reserve 1 Tbsp.
- dressing; brush remaining dressing onto both sides of bread slices.
- Cook in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
- or until bottoms are golden brown; turn.
- Cook 1 min.
- to brown other sides.
- Top with cheese and tomatoes; brush with remaining dressing.
- Cook 1 to 2 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
