Shortcake Cobbler Recipe

• 1 c. flour
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 3 tbsp. Crisco
• 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 c. lowfat milk

1. Blend dry ingredients with pastry blender.
2. Add in lowfat milk and stir to moisten.
