Citrus Fritters

  1. Sift flour and sugar into a medium sized bowl.
  2. Gradually stir in water to make a smooth paste.
  3. Heat oil and butter in a large frypan.
  4. Drop a tablespoon of fritter mixture into the pan.
  5. Top with 2 teaspoons of citrus Philly* filling and then cover with an extra tablespoon of fritter mixture.
  6. Cook until golden brown underneath; flip over and cook the other side until browned and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot.
  8. Citrus Filling Mix: Combine all ingredients until smooth.
