Rich and Tasty Miso Soup with Potato
- 2 large Potato
- 20 grams Butter
- 50 grams Red miso
- 700 ml Water
- Peel the potatoes and cut into 5 mm rectangles.
- Soak the potatoes in water (not listed) for 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and stir fry well.
- While you are stir frying the potatoes, boil water in a pan.
- When the water in the pan has come to a boil, transfer the potatoes to this pan (with butter).
- When the potatoes are cooked through, dissolve the miso (refer to Helpful Hints).
- It's done!
