How to Grill a Buffalo Steak
- 1 12-ounce buffalo steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Remove steak from package, rinse and pat dry.
- Drizzle olive oil on steak and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Loosely cover and let steak rest at room temperature for 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to 550 degrees.
- Place steak on grill, close lid and cook for 3 minutes.
- Turn steak and cook for an additional 2.5 minutes, for medium rare.
- Remove steak from grill, place on serving plate and cover for 1 minute before serving.
