Snack Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 9-inch-square cake pan.
  2. In large bowl, with wire whisk, stir cake mix, water, eggs, and vegetable oil until just blended.
  3. Stir in carrots and chopped toasted walnuts.
  4. Spread in prepared pan.
  5. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Cool on wire rack.
