Homemade Extreme Garlic Pasta Sauce

  1. Heat pan with oil and fry chopped onions and garlic until SLIGHTLY brown, dont let them burn
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, all seasonings, fresh basil and sugar and give it a good old stir
  3. Let the sauce simmer for 20 mins on a LOW heat stirring every five mins so it does not catch.
  4. Turn off the heat and let the sauce cool right down before placing it into a airtight jar to remain fresh for weeks!
