Billionaire Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees .
  2. Line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper (9x13").
  3. Spray with non stick spray.
  4. Start with the base .
  5. Melt butter add dry ings.lightly mix until it starts to hold together.
  6. Press dough into prepared pan.prick with a fork.
  7. Bake 25 minutes.until lightly Brown.
  8. Let cool.
  9. Fir the filling: heat butter & Brown sugar & milk in a heavy sausepan.
  10. Let simmer and stir constantly until it thickens and becomes a carmel color.
  11. About 20 minutes.
  12. Remove from heat stir in vanilla.
  13. Pour over cookie base and spread evenly.
  14. Let it cool completely.
  15. Before adding topping.
  16. Topping : Heat chocolates separately using a double boiler.
  17. Drop spoonfuls of melted chocolate over carmel.
  18. With a knife drag lines of melted chocolate all over top.
  19. Let bars set in refrigerator until chocolate becomes firm.
  20. Cut into bars.
