Pesce Siciliana alla Griglia - Sicilian Grilled Fish
- 1 lb. swordfish
- Fresh lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Chopped fresh oregano
- Salt and pepper
- Sprinkle fish with lemon juice, then with oil, oregano and pepper to taste.
- Let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Before grilling season with salt and grill on high for about 2 to 3 minutes per side, making sure the fish stays moist.
- Serve immediately.
- Traditionally, the fish is drizzled with oil and served with lemon slices on the side.
