Asian Pistachio Chicken Recipe

  1. Season chicken breasts with garlic pwdr, paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Saute/fry chicken in oil over medium-high heat.
  3. In saucepan, combine beef broth, cornstarch, wine and oyster sauce.
  4. Heat to boiling and simmer for 10 min.
  5. Add in green onions and 1/4 c. pistachios.
  6. Prepare rice noodles according to package directions.
  7. Place noodles on heated serving dish, top with chicken breasts and pour sauce over all.
  8. Garnish with additional pistachios.
