Post Fruit And Fiber Cereal Tropical Cookies Recipe

• 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. butter or possibly other shortening
• 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
• 1/2 c. granulated sugar
• 1/2 c. honey
• 1 egg
• 4 c. Post Fruit and Fiber cereal (tropical fruit)

1. Combine flour with soda, baking pwdr and salt.
2. Cream butter in large bowl.
3. Blend in sugars, honey, egg and the flour mix.
4. Add in cereal and mix thoroughly.
5. Drop from Tbsp.
6. onto greased baking sheets.
7. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 min or possibly till golden.
8. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.
