Strawberry Cream

• 2 cups whipping cream
• 14 cup confectioners' sugar
• 18 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup fresh strawberries

1. Whip cream until it starts to thicken.
2. Add confectioners sugar, and salt.
3. Beat until cream holds its peaks.
4. Fold in vanilla and 3/4 cup cut up strawberries.
5. Use the rest of the strawberries for garnish.
