Zucchini Bisque

  1. In a large saucepan, saute onion in butter.
  2. Add zucchini and chicken broth.
  3. Simmer, covered, for about 15 minutes.
  4. Add seasonings.
  5. Puree on low in a blender.
  6. Return to pan.
  7. Stir in cream and heat through.
