Creamy Vegetable Melange with Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Heat dressing in medium saucepan on medium heat.
- Add onions; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
- Add frozen vegetables and tomatoes; cover.
- Cook 5 min.
- or until heated through.
- Stir in sour cream; cook on low heat 1 min.
- (Do not boil.)
- Serve topped with Parmesan.
