Pickled radish omelet

  1. Rinsed the pickled chopped radish.
  2. Squeeze dry any excess moisture with paper towel.
  3. Beat the eggs with white pepper powder and light soya sauce in a bowl.
  4. Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low or medium heat.
  5. Stir fry the pickled radish till sizzling.
  6. Use a cover to protect yourself against oil splatter.
  7. Pour egg mixture over the radish.
  8. When bottom starts to solidify, flip the omelet into semi-circle.
  9. Cut into slices with spatula.
  10. Ready to serve with rice or porridge.
