Minestrone Soup

  1. Flour and brown the beef in veg.
  2. oil in a Dutch oven.
  3. Add the water, bouillon cubes, and beans.
  4. Simmer until meat is done.
  5. Add the bay leaf, parsley, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, onions, and spaghetti sauce.
  6. Cook on low for 1 1/2- 2 hours.
