Simple Salsa Mac and Cheese

  1. Brown meat in large skillet.
  2. Stir in salsa and water.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Stir in macaroni; cover.
  5. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min.
  6. or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add Velveeta; cook 3 min.
  8. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
