Pickled Ginger

  1. In bowl, whisk together vinegar, water, agave nectar and salt.
  2. Add ginger and stir to combine.
  3. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes or until softened.
  4. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
