Pickled Ginger
- 6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 14 cup water
- 14 cup agave nectar
- 14 teaspoon sea salt
- 14 cup thinly sliced peeled fresh ginger
- In bowl, whisk together vinegar, water, agave nectar and salt.
- Add ginger and stir to combine.
- Cover and set aside for 10 minutes or until softened.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
