Do It Yourself Biscuit Mix Recipe

  1. In a large bowl combine flour, buttermilk pwdr, baking pwdr and salt.
  2. Add in shortening and blend in with either a heavy duty mixer or possibly a pastry blender.
  3. When well blended, it will resemble corn meal.
  4. Store the fold in a tightly covered container.
  5. It will keep 12 weeks on the pantry shelf and 6 months in the refrigerator.
  6. Makes 12 c..
