Dijon Beer Dip
- 1-1/2 qt. Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cubed
- 1 cup Kraft Sauce Works Dijon Bistro Sauce
- 1 cup brown ale
- For each 4-serving appetizer: Combine 1 cup (250 mL) Velveeta and 3 Tbsp.
- (45 mL) each Bistro Sauce and ale in microwaveable bowl.
- Heat on HIGH 30 seconds; stir.
- Continue heating and stirring at 30 second intervals until hot and pourable.
- Transfer to small ramekin or heatproof bowl to serve.
