Rooibos Tea Cocktail

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle 5 berries with the shochu, vermouth and tea.
  2. Add ice and stir.
  3. Pour through a fine strainer into a chilled coupe.
  4. Garnish with the remaining berry and the twist.
