Pork Belly Spinach Roll Ready in 10 Minutes
- 8 pieces Thinly sliced pork belly
- 2 bunches Spinach
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 Dried basil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- Rinse the spinach and cut into 4-5 cm lengths.
- Wrap it with the thinly sliced pork belly, and season it with salt, pepper and dried basil.
- Heat the sesame oil in a skillet and saute the rolled pork belly over medium heat.
- Once the pork is browned, drizzle in the soy sauce evenly and let it blend.
- Once the spinach is tender, it is done.
