Pork Belly Spinach Roll Ready in 10 Minutes

  1. Rinse the spinach and cut into 4-5 cm lengths.
  2. Wrap it with the thinly sliced pork belly, and season it with salt, pepper and dried basil.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a skillet and saute the rolled pork belly over medium heat.
  4. Once the pork is browned, drizzle in the soy sauce evenly and let it blend.
  5. Once the spinach is tender, it is done.
