Atlantic Scallops
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
- 12 large sea scallops (about 1 lb.)
- Lemon-Pepper Rice
- Pour dressing over scallops in medium bowl; toss to coat.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- to marinate.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove scallops from the marinade; discard marinade.
- Thread 2 of scallops onto each of 6 skewers.
- Grill 6 to 8 min.
- until cooked through, turning after 4 min.
- Serve over Lemon-Pepper Rice.
