Turkey Barley Mushroom Stew
- 4 cups turkey
- 2 cups barley
- 18 ounces whole mushrooms
- 1 large potato
- 10 baby carrots
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chervil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 16 cups water
- Place Barley in pot, add 4 cups water.
- Place rest of ingredients in pot and add 4 Cups water more.
- Add water as needed as stew thickens.
- This can be made in a crock pot, too.
- Simmer 2 hours.
