Potatoes With Chilli & Garlic

  1. Peel & slice your potatoes(not to thick).
  2. Boil the sliced potatoes for 5mins untill they are quite soft when you test with a knife.
  3. Drain the potatoes & neatly place them in a roasting dish.
  4. Melt butter in a small pan.
  5. Add the crushed chillies to the melted butter.
  6. Place your thinly sliced garlic over the potatoes.
  7. Pour the butter & chillies over the potatoes.
  8. Cook in the oven gas mark 7 for 30mins.
  9. Serve with seasoned chicken & baked peppers.
