Grandfather

• Ice
• 1 ounce apple brandy, preferably bonded
• 1 ounce bourbon
• 1 ounce Carpano Antica Formula or other sweet vermouth
• Dash of Angostura bitters
• Dash of Peychaud's bitters
• 3 brandied cherries

1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the cherries; stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the cherries.
