Fruit Tiramisu
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 2 cups cold skim milk
- 1/4 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
- 1/2 cup vanilla nonfat Greek-style yogurt
- 1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
- 1-1/2 cups small strawberries, coarsely chopped
- 4 graham wafers, each broken into 4 pieces
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
- Whisk cream cheese product and yogurt in separate medium bowl until blended.
- Stir in Cool Whip.
- Layer 2 Tbsp.
- each cream cheese mixture and strawberries in each of 4 wineglasses; top with 2 Tbsp.
- of the remaining cream cheese mixture.
- Cover with graham pieces and half of the remaining strawberries.
- Top with pudding, remaining cream cheese mixture and remaining strawberries.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.
- Sprinkle with lemon zest.
