Biscuit Roll Up Recipe

  1. Combine biscuit mix and water to create a soft dough.
  2. Press or possibly roll out to a 10x15 inch rectangle.
  3. Combine remaining 4 ingredients and sprinkle over dough.
  4. Roll up as for jelly roll; healthy pinch ends to seal.
  5. Place seam side down on baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 min till golden.
  7. Cut in 1-inch slices.
  8. ALTERNATE FILLINGS: salmon, browned grnd beef, grnd leftover roast beef, chicken, ham.
  9. SAUCES: Mushroom soup, tomato soup, gravy, cheese sauce, creamed vegetables.
