Biscuit Roll Up Recipe
- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 can tuna, liquid removed and flaked
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. chopped sweet pickle
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- Combine biscuit mix and water to create a soft dough.
- Press or possibly roll out to a 10x15 inch rectangle.
- Combine remaining 4 ingredients and sprinkle over dough.
- Roll up as for jelly roll; healthy pinch ends to seal.
- Place seam side down on baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 min till golden.
- Cut in 1-inch slices.
- ALTERNATE FILLINGS: salmon, browned grnd beef, grnd leftover roast beef, chicken, ham.
- SAUCES: Mushroom soup, tomato soup, gravy, cheese sauce, creamed vegetables.
