Summer-Speedy Rice Pudding

  1. Cook rice according to pakgage directions; drain.
  2. Cut bag open and empty into medium bowl; cool to room temperature.
  3. Stir in yogurt, honey and cinnamon; cover and chill.
  4. Just before serving, layer with or stir in fruit.
