Mini Corndog Bites
- 4 hot dogs, chopped
- 2 box JIFFY corn muffin mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 dash chili powder
- Preheat oven to 400F Fahrenheit.
- Grease mini muffin pan or use paper baking liners.
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Batter will be slightly lumpy.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into each muffin liner.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with ketchup and/or mustard.
