Mini Corndog Bites

• 4 hot dogs, chopped
• 2 box JIFFY corn muffin mix
• 2/3 cup milk
• 2 large eggs
• 1 dash chili powder

1. Preheat oven to 400F Fahrenheit.
2. Grease mini muffin pan or use paper baking liners.
3. Blend all ingredients together.
4. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
5. Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into each muffin liner.
6. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Serve with ketchup and/or mustard.
