Diet-Friendly Soy Milk Risotto with Tofu

  1. Chop the broccoli up into bite-sizes and boil until it's at the desired level of firmness.
  2. (You can also microwave it instead.)
  3. Mince the onion.
  4. Chop up the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Spread some olive oil (unlisted) in a pot.
  6. Saute the onion until soft.
  7. Also add the bacon.
  8. Pour the soy milk into the pot from Step 2.
  9. When warm, add the corn, broccoli, rice, and the tofu scooped with a spoon into an appropriate size.
  10. Season with soup stock granules and salt.
  11. Dish it up, and enjoy with a dash of black pepper.
