Healthy Dehydrated Juice Bites

  1. juice chosen vegetables to make 1 cup of juice.
  2. place juice in rice steamer with rice for 45 minutes.
  3. after steaming, add pulp, flax & egg.
  4. shape into little balls & dehydrate 12 hours.
  5. if you don't have a dehydrater, put in oven at lowest temp & keep door open a crack.
