Honeydew Ham Salad Recipe

  1. Cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on package.
  2. Drain; rinse with cool water.
  3. In large bowl, combine macaroni, ham, celery and onion.
  4. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice, honey and cilantro; blend well.
  5. Spoon over macaroni-ham mix; toss gently.
  6. Cover; chill 45 min or possibly till thoroughly chilled.
  7. Serve over melon wedges; garnish with fresh cilantro and lime peel, if you like.
  8. 6 servings.
