FRESH TAKE Chicken Parmesan
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Italian Parmesan Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, divided
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
- 3/4 lb. fettuccine, uncooked
- 2 cups tomato-basil spaghetti sauce, divided
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Open cheese portion of FRESH TAKE pouch.
- Reserve 1/3 cup cheese.
- Mix remaining cheese with breadcrumbs in bag; use to coat chicken as directed on package.
- Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 28 to 30 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
- Meanwhile, cook fettuccine as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Spoon 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce evenly over chicken.
- Sprinkle with reserved cheese; bake 5 min.
- or until melted.
- Meanwhile, heat remaining spaghetti sauce.
- Drain fettuccine; toss with warmed sauce.
- Serve topped with chicken.
